Just had a great visit to Larry Painter's of Kuawarri Kennels, he had his "Cow Camp" training session going on with attendees from PA, FL, NC & other states. While there, we saw two nice pups sired by Spader Vintage Vaquero that Larry raised out of one of his females. We also got to see Stacy Helsel of Kylie ACD's (breeder of Rowdy & Gretal). The Bowser family and their 2 "K9 Cowboys". The blue is a very pretty 6 month old daughter of Kuawarri Vaquero and Spader Miss Wind, and the handsome red guy is a 3 month old son of Rowdy and Spader Vaquero Faith.

They say "Max is the most easy going pup we have ever had, he's happy all the time. Awesome pup!  Maggie is kind hearted and a tremendous athlete. Thanks again!"

Lockridge family gets second K-9 Cowboy!

What's better than a K-9 Cowboy? Two! The handsome red male is a Rowdy son out of the dam to Vin, and the cute blue female is a Brody-Lulu. Thanks guys, and best of luck.

New pictures of Spader Vaquero Sadie now posted on our K9 Cowgirls page! This full sister to Vin is a powerful working dog and really pretty-she'll be a big part of breeding program in the future. Co-owned with David Steen.  

Congrats to Brody! Now back home in Idaho, he went Best of Winners at his first show back, earning a major!

 "Axl", (above) by Rowdy and out of Faith, is shaping up to be a very handsome dog for Gwen Shepperson in Wyoming. She reports that he has a good, low heel bite and is very strong on cattle. Thanks Gwen!
